Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I work from home, my husband has an extremely crazy schedule. I will be going back to work after MAT Leave in the new year. We are looking for someone to help M-Th. We are expecting a little boy -- he will be 4-5mo old in Jan 2027. We are new to the area, love KC and live in Brookside. My office is upstairs, I will be accessible but my current job is demanding. I plan to breastfeed and I am more than happy to provide "lunch hour" daily where our nanny would have 30min-hr to themselves if they need to run any errands (while I feed!) We have a 5yo dog (who usually sits with me while I work all day) and 2 cats (who usually sleep all day)
