Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a reliable, regular babysitter for 2 children in Fairfax. Hoping for weekend afternoon/evening help 2-3x a month. We would like someone who is comfortable setting and enforcing boundaries (like no sweets before dinner, body boundaries, cleaning up, no screens). Preparing dinner and having the kids clean up their toys and dishes is helpful. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified.
