Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a mothers helper who Weill eventually be able to supervise and play with the children solo while I go to meetings or run errands. I work from home, but hoping to find someone who is willing to engage and keep the kiddos safe. Long term potential! Prefer a strong swimmer as we have a pool
