Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Richmond. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. I am an active duty army officer and my husband travels 2-3 weeks for work so we need extra hands in case of an emergency. My daughter is currently in daycare on post but in case she is sick I would need help in having her be cared for at the house or if I needed to run errands etc. so part time care essentially since Im a one man show while my husband is out of town majority of the month and my job is demanding on its own.
