Synergy Care is currently seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) and Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTA) for PRN (as-needed) positions at The Arbors Independent Living in Russellville, Arkansas. We are actively building our PRN roster and would love to connect with qualified clinicians interested in flexible opportunities.

• 401(k) with 3% company match

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapist Assistant program (or expected to graduate within the next six (6) months)

• Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

• Current or eligible for state licensure as an OT or OTA (as applicable)

• Must maintain all required certifications and licensure in the state(s) of practice
