Mountain View Dental is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about preventive dentistry, periodontal health, and providing exceptional patient care. Dental Hygienist Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance procedures

• Provide scaling and root planning treatment as needed

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal health

• Collect and document patient medical and dental histories

• Take dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations

• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Dental Hygienist License

• Strong understanding of periodontal disease diagnosis, treatment, and maintenance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient-centered approach with a commitment to high-quality care
