- Conduct in-person assessments for individuals referred for ABA services

- Utilize appropriate assessment tools and clinical judgment

- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all assessments
- Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and internal teams
- Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience conducting autism, developmental, or behavioral assessments
- Experience working with children and families in ABA or related settings
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel for in-person assessments, if supporting multiple locations
- Experience with structured assessment tools or ABA evaluation frameworks
- Background in behavioral health, pediatric therapy, or developmental services
- Virginia licensure or credentialing (if applicable)
- Availability to support multiple clinic locations or regions
