Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Perform MIG welding to fabricate metal components.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong focus on production setups.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Expertise in MIG welding techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus

We also offer a 2nd shift welding position with a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts), providing additional flexibility for your schedule.

Offer: Hourly rate plus a 20% shift premium.
