CNC Machine Operator- 1st shift

Job Title: CNC Operator –1st Shift
Location: Gastonia, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30
Overtime: Must be available to work Saturdays as needed
Pay $15- $19
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our
team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have prior machine
operating experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail,
reliability, and flexibility to work overtime when required.
Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials into machines
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as
needed
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Read and follow work orders and blueprints
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:
• Previous machine operator experience required (CNC
experience preferred)

• Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable with good attendance
• Must be open to working overtime on Saturdays
