• Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, or stainless components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
• Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met.
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials prior to and after welding.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Experience with MIG welding in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
