Job Description
Picture your morning starting at 6:00 AM. You pull up reliable and on time, review the day’s blueprints with the team, and set up your MIG station. By mid-morning, you’re fitting and welding structural components, laying down clean beads, and verifying dimensions against specs. After final checks for tolerance and strength, you wrap up by maintaining a tidy, safe work area—ready for tomorrow’s builds. Saturday shifts (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) come into play when demand is high, and your overtime helps keep projects on schedule. Earn $20–$25 per hour while crafting structural products the right way—safely and precisely.
Role Snapshot- Hours: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday; 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Saturday as needed
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour, day shift
- Interpret and work from blueprints and detailed specifications
- Fabricate and assemble structural steel and metal parts
- Execute strong, clean MIG/FCAW welds that meet quality standards
- Inspect and test welds to confirm tolerance, integrity, and strength
- Sustain a safe, orderly, and compliant work environment
- Proven structural welding experience
- Physical capability for heavy lifting with sustained endurance
- Keen attention to detail, balance, and hand-eye coordination
- Team-focused, follows directions, and communicates clearly
- Punctual and dependable with consistent transportation
