Welder Fabricator

Welder / Fabricator $26 - $27/hr | TIG | Custom Sheet Metal

We're looking for a Welder/Fabricator who knows their way around TIG welding and custom sheet metal work. If you're someone who likes working independently, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can read a blueprint without blinkingthis is for you.

Pay: $26-$27/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift

What Youll Be Doing:

• TIG welding on custom sheet metal jobs

• Reading and working from blueprints, specs, and detailed drawings

• Fabricating specialty, one-of-a-kind pieces

• Staying on top of quality while hitting deadlines

• Using math skills daily to get it right the first time

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven TIG welding experience (custom work preferred)

• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and technical drawings

• Strong math and measuring skills

• Comfortable working solo and meeting quality standards

• Experience with punch press or press brake is a plus

• Trade school or hands-on sheet metal experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills/Requirements:

• Must have your own hand tools and welding gear (mask, gloves, etc.)

• Clear communicator and team-mindedeven if you prefer to work independently
