What We Offer Drivers:
We are currently seeking reliable and professional CDL Class A drivers for over-the-road (OTR) dry van positions. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady miles, consistent weekly pay, and a supportive dispatch team.
We operate modern equipment and focus on driver comfort, safety, and long-term stability rather than short-term freight changes.
Pay & Compensation:
- $0.70CPM starting pay.
- Performance-based bonuses.
- DOT inspection bonus program available.
- Weekly direct deposit pay.
- Consistent earning potential with 3,000+ miles weekly.
Equipment & Freight:
- 2022 & 2023 Freightliner Cascadia and International trucks.
- Well-maintained, road-ready fleet.
- No-touch dry van freight only.
- Light to moderate loads for easier operations.
Schedule & Home Time:
- 3 weeks OTR on the road.
- 1 week home time.
- Planned scheduling to support work-life balance.
- Dedicated dispatch support during trips.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- OTR driving experience preferred (but not required for all candidates).
- Clean driving record.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-oriented mindset.
- Ability to operate long-haul routes across multiple states.
