Job Description

Subarc Welder/Day Shift/$23-$26 DOE/ Claremore
Hours: Mon- Thurs 5am-3:30pm

Abundant Solutions is seeking experienced Subarc Welders for a manufacturing facility in Claremore. This role focuses on high-production welding of large structural steel components using submerged arc welding (SAW) equipment.

What You’ll Do

Operate submerged arc welding (SAW) machines
Weld long seams on large steel components (plates, poles, beams)
Set and adjust machine settings (voltage, wire feed, travel speed)
Monitor and maintain flux and wire feed systems
Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and consistency
Perform minor repairs or rework as needed
Work with cranes or positioning equipment to handle large materials
Follow all safety and production standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience with Subarc welding or heavy production welding
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
Understanding of welding settings and machine operation
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Reliable and ready to work

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in structural steel or large-scale fabrication
Overhead crane or material handling experience
