Your pay scales directly with your verifiable experience. We also protect your time with $150 Layover Pay and $25/hour Detention Pay.

• 2+ Years Experience: $0.81 CPM Dry Van / $0.86 CPM Reefer
• 1–2 Years Experience: $0.79 CPM Dry Van / $0.84 CPM Reefer
• 6 Months–1 Year Experience: $0.76 CPM Dry Van / $0.81 CPM Reefer

Flexible Home Time Options

Choose the OTR rotation that best fits your lifestyle:

• Out 2 weeks / Home 2 days
• Out 3 weeks / Home 4 days
• Out 4 weeks / Home 5 days

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Willingness to operate across the Lower 48 states (excluding New York City).
• Clear understanding and acceptance of 1099 independent contractor tax status.
