Position: Welder
Pay: $18-19 per hour
Location: Pryor, OK
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Welder to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint-reading skills, experience with various welding processes, and a commitment to producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications
• Perform quality welds on metal components according to production requirements
• Prepare materials for welding by grinding, cutting, drilling, milling, tapping, and fitting parts
• Weld components in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions as required
• Inspect completed welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform repairs, modifications, and rework on existing products when necessary
• Operate welding equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain proper operating conditions
• Assist with fabrication, riveting, assembly, and finishing processes as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures

Qualifications:
• Welding certification from an accredited institution preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to troubleshoot welding defects and equipment issues
• Welding certification from an accredited institution preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion activities
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; heavier lifting may be required with assistance
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Exposure to welding fumes, airborne particles, dust, vibration, noise, and moving machinery
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including welding helmet, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and respirator when necessary
• Must possess close vision and color vision for weld inspection and quality control

• Monday – Friday 6am – 2:30pm
