Compensation:$20 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants in implementing treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized environment that promotes safety and efficiency.
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises, offering encouragement and support to boost their confidence and progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and understanding of instructions and feedback.
- Monitor and document patient progress, providing valuable insights to the therapy team to tailor future sessions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations, fostering trust and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and refine patient care strategies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Qualifications:
- Experience in assisting licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants in a clinical setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and supportive interactions with patients.
