Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care

Location: Colby, Kansas
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $38.00/Hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Nights
Schedule: 3x12 Hours | 36 Hours Weekly

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality resident care in a hospital-based Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent documentation abilities, and experience caring for residents in a long-term care environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN License

• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Flexible scheduling availability

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident nursing care

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes

• Complete documentation accurately and timely

• Collaborate with healthcare team members

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Support resident safety and quality of life
