Location: Gainesville, FL

Shift: Days (Staggered schedules based on hospital needs; rotating weekends)

Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Your Role & Impact

  • Evaluate & Personalize: Assess patient abilities and craft evidence-based, personalized treatment plans in close collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Restore & Empower: Deliver high-quality interventions that restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance the quality of life for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
  • Educate & Transition: Guide patients and their families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques to promote long-term independence and smooth transitions.
  • Lead by Example: Mentor therapy assistants and students while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and compassion.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years of Physical Therapist experience is preferred, but we are explicitly open to New Graduates looking for an incredible environment to start their careers!
  • Licensure: Active State Licensed Physical Therapist (Required).
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Vocational School Graduate Required).
  • Certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
