Metal Parts Finishing Specialist -- Grinding & Deburring

• Pay: $19
• Shift: 1st
• Position: Grinder Operator

Ask yourself:

• Can you read blueprints and translate them into precise machine setups?
• Are micrometers, calipers, and gauges go-to tools for your quality checks?
• Do you thrive on your feet, repeating accurate movements with steady hand–eye coordination?

What you’ll do

• Smooth, shape, and finish metal parts to meet required dimensions and surface quality.
• Operate grinding machines to remove excess material and achieve tight tolerances.
• Handle machine setups independently.
• Read and follow blueprints to guide your work.
• Perform QC checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Deburr parts to deliver a clean final product.

What you’ll bring

• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for the entire shift.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and strong visual quality control.
• Proficiency in deburring and blueprint reading.
