CDL-A OTR 1099 Driver | 0.80CPM+

We're seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for long-haul operations throughout the Lower 48 states. This opportunity is ideal for independent drivers who want strong mileage, flexible scheduling, and access to newer equipment.

Compensation

Drivers are paid based on verifiable experience and trailer type:

2+ Years Experience

• Dry Van: $0.81 CPM
• Reefer: $0.86 CPM

1–2 Years Experience

• Dry Van: $0.79 CPM
• Reefer: $0.84 CPM

6 Months–1 Year Experience

• Dry Van: $0.76 CPM
• Reefer: $0.81 CPM

Additional Pay

• $150 Layover Pay
• $25/hour Detention Pay

Equipment

Drive late-model tractors, including:

• Volvo 760 & 860
• Freightliner Cascadia
• Model years 2024–2027
• Governed at 72 MPH

Home Time Options

Select the schedule that works best for you:

• 2 weeks out / 2 days home
• 3 weeks out / 4 days home
• 4 weeks out / 5 days home

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years
• Ability to travel throughout the Lower 48 states (excluding NYC)
• Must understand and accept 1099 independent contractor status
