YOUR MENTORSHIP: You’ll be paired with an experienced mentor driver from day one for 3 to 5 weeks of paid training. Real freight, real miles, and daily hands-on learning. This isn’t classroom stuff — this is the real road experience you actually need.

HOME TIME: 2 weeks out | 2 days home

• Average weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500
