What You'll Do:As an Optical and Contact Lens Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in our Optical and Contact Lens Department. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Assisting Optical Patients
Scheduling Contact Appointments
Ordering contact lenses and managing inventory
Process contact lens and eyeglass orders efficiently
Reconcile frame invoices against statements to ensure accuracy in billing
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to work in afast-paced environmentwhile maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
Previous experience in optical or healthcare settings is preferred but not required, training will be provided
