Position Overview

Lloyd Richards Personnel is actively recruiting Welders and Fabricators for multiple manufacturing and industrial clients throughout the Tulsa area. We are seeking skilled professionals with experience in welding, fabrication, fitting, blueprint reading, and metalworking.

Whether your background is in structural steel, pipe welding, custom fabrication, or production manufacturing, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Flux Core, Stick, or other welding processes as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components to specification
• Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous welding and/or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Welding certifications are a plus
