Inside Counter Sales

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to serve our diverse customer base of professional contractors, industrial clients, and resale customers in our industrial-grade tools and supplies store. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of our product offerings and be able to provide expert advice to customers.

Key responsibilities include serving walk-in customers, providing product recommendations, and processing transactions on the computer system. Other duties include restocking the showroom, learning to merchandise products, keeping pricing up to date, and processing paperwork. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with warehouse duties, process credit card transactions, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Must be at least High School or equivalent graduate and be able to read and write clearly.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must know how to add and subtract and do basic math and use a calculator.
• Experience in our industry is preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills are necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work on your feet many hours a day.
• Must be able to go up and down stairs.
• Must posses mechanical aptitude.
• Neat and groomed appearance at work necessary.

A college degree is highly desirable, as is sales training and industry experience. Additionally, a desire to learn and grow, along with a willingness to pitch in and help whenever needed, would make a candidate a strong fit for this role.
