1st Shift CNC Lathe Operator

Our customer in Montgomery, Illinois is looking for motivated individuals to join their growing team as Lathe Machinists. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity where you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and precision.

Pay for CNC Lathe Machinist: Starting at $21-25/hour.

Type: 1st Shift, Full-time

Hours: 6am-2:30pm or 5am-1:25pm. May work 10-12hr shifts.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri-May work 3 out of 4 Saturdays when busy.
