Position: Delivery Supervisor - DC
Reports To: Delivery Manager
Starting Pay: $75,000-$80,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 4:00PM

As a Delivery Supervisor for the DC driver team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products arrive safely, efficiently, and on time while developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, operational problem-solving, and logistics management in a fast-paced distribution environment.

What You'll DoLead and Develop Your Team- Support recruiting efforts by screening, interviewing, and scheduling candidates for delivery positions
- Train, coach, and develop Drivers and Route Assistants
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and accountability
- Build strong Driver/Helper partnerships to maximize team effectiveness
- Help Route Assistants obtain their Class D licenses and continue their professional growth
- Foster a positive, safety-focused team culture
- Manage daily staffing needs, route coverage, and workload distribution
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce overtime
- Ensure delivery equipment is operational and address mechanical issues promptly
- Conduct vehicle inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Audit customer accounts to ensure merchandising and market expectations are met
- Assist with creating, sequencing, and adjusting delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Partner with Sales regarding pricing changes, display implementations, and delivery schedules
- Provide field support when needed to maintain service levels and resolve issues quickly
- Lead special projects and recommend process improvements
- Promote a safe and secure work environment
- Review and approve employee timecards each pay period
- Submit payroll-related items in accordance with deadlines
- Ensure workplace incidents are reported promptly and appropriately
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience coaching employees and managing performance
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Knowledge of DOT and safety compliance standards preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college coursework or business training preferred
- Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- 2–3 years of supervisory, logistics, or route management experience preferred
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, or delivery operations strongly preferred
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout warehouse and retail environments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional on-call situations to support business needs
