Role Overview
As a Vehicle Test Operator, you will be responsible for operating test vehicles, collecting data, and providing detailed feedback on performance and environmental conditions. You may also support ride-hailing services for the general public as part of your duties.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid CDL driver’s license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Class C vehicles
- Valid CDL driver’s license
- Proficiency with laptops and standard office tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs)
- Comfortable using smartphones and handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate observations
- Operate test vehicles across a variety of routes and environmental conditions
- Monitor vehicle performance and take control as needed
- Provide real-time verbal feedback and environmental observations
- Conduct additional testing activities as required
- Complete detailed and timely ride reports for engineering and operations teams
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight hours
- Maintain the highest safety standards at all times
