Respiratory Therapist (CRT / RRT) – Full Time

Location: Western Arizona (near Lake Havasu)

Salary: $27.00 – $35.00/hour + Sign-On Bonus

Shifts: Day, Night, and Rotating Available

A leading healthcare system in Western Arizona is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to join its inpatient hospital team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive cardiopulmonary care in a collaborative environment while enjoying a lower cost of living and outdoor lifestyle near the Colorado River.

This position is ideal for both experienced Respiratory Therapists and new graduates with an Arizona license.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders and clinical protocols
• Manage and monitor patients on ventilators, oxygen therapy, and advanced respiratory equipment
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, EKGs, and cardiac monitoring
• Respond to emergency situations, codes, and critical care needs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Accurately document patient care in EMR systems

Requirements

• Active Arizona Respiratory Therapist License (CRT or RRT)
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of ventilators, ABG machines, and respiratory equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• 1+ year of hospital experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• New grads with Arizona license encouraged to apply
• Bilingual candidates a plus
