Your Role:
Master of the Weld: Youll perform precision welding on various metals using MIG/TIG and stick welding techniques.
Maintenance Pro: You will adhere to proper operation protocols and routine maintenance of equipment.
Quality Visionary: Youll ensure that every weld meets all quality standards and specifications.
Blueprint Innovator: Youll interpret blueprints and plans, understanding the ins and outs of each product.
Safety Advocate: Youll adhere to all safety protocols and standards, and youll help us develop safer ways of working.
Team Catalyst: Youll work closely with our team to meet production deadlines, and youll inspire your colleagues to innovate and excel.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Welder.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
