About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both MIG and TIG welding, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. This position plays a key role in fabricating and repairing stainless steel components, filter housings, machine parts, and other production equipment.

This position plays a key role in fabricating and repairing stainless steel components, filter housings, machine parts, and other production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and other metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Position, align, clamp, and assemble components for welding
- Grind, cut, tack weld, and finish products to quality standards
- Repair damaged or cracked metal parts as needed
- Monitor welding processes to prevent distortion, overheating, shrinkage, or expansion
- Perform preventative maintenance on welding equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Cross-train in existing and new manufacturing processes
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, levels, and squares
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical school training or related welding certification preferred
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday
- Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment
