Job Description
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Inland Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy | Hayden, Idaho
Part-Time or Full-Time Options | 2440 hours/week
Are you a Physical Therapist with pelvic health experience who is ready to go deeper in this specialty?
Inland Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy is hiring a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who wants to be surrounded by a team that lives and breathes pelvic rehab. This position is designed for a therapist who already has exposure to pelvic health and is looking for the next level of clinical growth, mentorship, collaboration, and specialty development.
At IPH, pelvic therapy is not an add-on service. It is our entire focus.
We are a privately owned outpatient clinic specializing in pelvic rehabilitation for women and men across the Inland Northwest. Our providers treat complex pelvic conditions including pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, prolapse, incontinence, bowel dysfunction, endometriosis-related symptoms, painful intercourse, oncology-related pelvic dysfunction, hypermobility-related pelvic conditions, and lumbopelvic/hip dysfunction.
We are looking for a therapist who wants to become one of the most trusted pelvic rehab providers in our region.
Why This Position Is Different
This role is ideal for a PT who does not want to work in isolation.
At IPH, you will work alongside a team of pelvic-focused providers with access to structured clinical mentorship, established treatment frameworks, pelvic-specific onboarding, and ongoing professional development. You will have the opportunity to sharpen your hands-on skills, clinical reasoning, patient education, exercise progression, and whole-body approach to pelvic rehabilitation.
Our clinic provides a highly collaborative environment where providers discuss cases, refine treatment strategies, and continue developing as pelvic specialists.
What We Offer
Inland Pelvic Health provides:
- One-hour patient sessions
- No techs or aides
- Private treatment rooms
- A pelvic-health-only caseload
- Supportive team collaboration
- Structured onboarding and mentorship
- Established pelvic rehab programs and clinical frameworks
- Front office support for scheduling and insurance coordination
- Documentation templates designed for pelvic therapy efficiency
- Opportunities for long-term specialty growth and leadership
- A clinic culture built around high clinical standards and patient-centered care
Our mentorship and onboarding program is built from more than a decade of advanced pelvic health coursework, clinical experience, case development, and hands-on treatment progression. Instead of trying to piece together years of continuing education alone, you will receive curated, clinically applicable training designed to help you immediately improve patient outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who:
- Has prior pelvic health training or pelvic therapy experience
- Is confident treating, or eager to advance in treating, pelvic floor dysfunction
- Values hands-on care, individualized treatment, and clinical excellence
- Wants to work with a team of pelvic rehab providers
- Enjoys learning, collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth
- Communicates well with patients and team members
- Is interested in becoming a regional expert in pelvic rehabilitation
- Is aligned with holistic, whole-person pelvic therapy care
Experience with pregnancy/postpartum care, pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, bowel dysfunction, oncology, endometriosis, or orthopedic pelvic girdle conditions is strongly valued.
