What you’ll do

• Set up, fixture, build tools, and run CNC operations for turning plus 3- and 5-axis vertical and horizontal milling.
• Produce parts to spec based on drawings, BOMs, and work instructions while following all safety procedures.
• Execute to the Quality Management System: procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Follow process routings, conduct in-process/final inspections, and record results legibly.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

What you’ll bring

• Precision CNC machining experience across metals, alloys, plastics, and composites.
• Milling: 3-axis required; 3+2, 4-axis horizontal, and 5-axis preferred.
• Turning: exposure to mill-turn preferred.
• Apprenticeship or associate’s degree preferred (not required).
• Fluency in drawings, BOMs, and work aids; strong shop math (algebra, geometry, decimals, fractions, measurement tools).
