About the Role:
Join CUSTOM TRANSFER INC as a CDL Driver O/O and Company Driver in Long Prairie, MN! We are seeking dedicated drivers who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring safety on the road.

Responsibilities:

• Transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
• Handle loading and unloading cargo as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Manage paperwork and documentation related to deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably with O/O experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to operate various types of trucks and trailers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and routes as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
