Experienced OT Homecare

 

University Home Care Inc is seeking an Experienced OT Homecare professional to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in their homes within the Southeast MI Regional area.  Must have Kinnser experience. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help clients improve their daily living skills and overall independence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in clients’ homes with a focus on safety, mobility, and independence.
• Document client progress accurately and maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of occupational therapy best practices and techniques.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience in homecare occupational therapy settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a homecare environment.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within Livonia, MI and surrounding areas.
