We are seeking skilled Diesel/Auto, Mechanics for shop/dealership in the East Texas area. If you have a passion for vehicles/equipment and a knack for troubleshooting, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of diesel and automotive vehicles/equipment. • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in diesel and automotive vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle problems accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and solutions.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a diesel or auto mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, automotive systems, and repair techniques.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Must have own tools
