• Assemble and install equipment and components with precision and grit.
• Read blueprints like a roadmap to deliver specs that impress.
• Measure twice, cut onceverify materials to keep every job on point.
• Test your welds to ensure theyre as strong as our reputation.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a welder or fabricator in manufacturing (bonus points for MIG/TIG skills!).
• Mastery of welding tools and techniquesshow us you know your craft.
• Blueprint and schematic know-how to bring designs to life.
• Stamina to handle a physical workload and thrive in a shop environment.
• Flexibility to tackle other fab or maintenance tasks when the team needs it.
