Superior Sales & Service is seeking a dependable and motivated Tool Runner to support our Deer Park, TX shop operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently, with a structured weekly travel routine.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a truck and trailer to deliver and pick up tools along assigned routes
• Support the Deer Park shop by ensuring timely movement of tools between customers and repair operations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth
• Ensure tools are properly secured and handled during transport
• Maintain accurate delivery records and schedules
• Follow a flexible schedule aligned with customer and railroad operations
• Travel up to ~70% (overnight travel during the week required; home on weekends)

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required)
• Experience pulling and backing a trailer (required)
• Ability to lift 50100 lbs regularly
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel; QuickBooks a plus)
• 12 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred

• Frequent lifting, bending, and physical activity, able to lift 50100 lbs regularly
