The Ironworkers of Local 10 are proud to be part of building Kansas City, Springfield, Topeka and their surrounding areas since 1898. Our heritage of craftmanship, quality, and dependability has been handed down for generations by master craftsman - a practice that continues to this day. Our members are well-trained and certified in all aspects of ironwork, whether it be structural steel erection, rebar placement, pre-cast erection, curtain-wall and window systems, or one of the many other areas of our trade. Our pride in our work is second to none.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Possess a valid driver's license (state-issued ID not accepted).
- Applicants must also be able to perform essential job functions of the trade and have a high level of physical strength and stamina.
Overview:
- A 4-year program consisting of 6,750 on-the-job training hours and 824 classroom/shop hours
- Training in all aspects of commercial steel construction
- No cost for training
- This is a UNION job with paid health and retirement benefits
