Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care

Location: Milbank, South Dakota
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $36.00/Hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Days | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-centered care within a Long-Term Care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, excellent documentation abilities, and a commitment to delivering compassionate patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN License

• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred

• PCC Charting experience preferred

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions

• Document resident care accurately in PCC

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Support resident wellness, safety, and quality of life

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Follow facility policies and regulatory requirements
