What are you looking for?

What will you be paid?

Percentage- depends on experience- ( $ you bring home is dependent on the hours you work). Hourly wage comparable is roughly $20.00 to $34.00+ per hour- depending on rate of the loads and willingness to work
Hourly rate is possible.
1099 90 days trial- both for the driver and the company. At the end of 90 days, switch to W2.
Per Diem (tax-free) paid per qualified overnight in a sleeper (up to $13,000.00 tax-free per year).
Cell phone allowance.
Safety Bonus potential.
Extra hourly wages are paid for truck maintenance and repair but is not required.
Medical and Dental plan.

What do we expect?

Safety, Integrity, and Dependability.
Work 5 days a week.
Pre-trip and Post-trip are not negotiable and must be completed fully each day.
Trucks are assigned to drivers- must be kept clean and serviceable.
Know your truck and trailer and what needs to be fixed, so we can get it fixed ASAP.
