Responsibilities:

• You'll spend your days greeting customers with a warm smile as they arrive for service appointments.
• You'll assist customers by answering questions and directing them to the appropriate service staff.
• You'll help ensure a smooth flow of service by scheduling appointments and managing customer expectations.
• You'll maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance the customer experience.
• You'll communicate effectively with both customers and service technicians to ensure clarity in service needs.

Requirements:

• Required: Previous experience in a customer service role
• Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Required: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Knowledge of automotive services is a plus.
