Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Beverly, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient psychiatric role serving older adults through a PACE program
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and psychopharmacology management
• Provide behavioral health consultation within an interdisciplinary care team
• Deliver care in clinic, participant homes, and skilled nursing facilities
• Support seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life
• Blend autonomy with collaborative team-based care

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $130,000 - $170,000
• Stable Compensation With Growth Potential
• CME Reimbursement Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday Through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Approximately 6 Patients Per Day
• No Traditional Call Schedule Mentioned
• Clinic And Community-Based Visits

ROLE
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Manage psychotropic medications and treatment plans
• Perform crisis evaluations when clinically indicated
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and care teams
• Provide behavioral health consultation across disciplines
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements:

• ANCC-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
• Massachusetts PMHNP License REQUIRED
• Prescriptive Authority REQUIRED
• DEA Registration REQUIRED
• 2-3 Years Psychiatric Prescribing Experience REQUIRED
• Experience With Psychopharmacology Management REQUIRED
• Experience Conducting Psychiatric Evaluations REQUIRED
• Commitment To Caring For Older Adult Populations REQUIRED
