Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals
• Appraise and evaluate pawned items accurately and fairly
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain store appearance and organize inventory effectively
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote positive client relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a pawn shop or related industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pawn industry regulations and procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to appraise diverse merchandise accurately
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
