Reports To: Director of Contract Sales

Location: Texas / Oklahoma

If you thrive on precision, solving complex problems, and delivering technically sound projects from start to finish, this role was built for you. As a Project Manager – Commercial Kitchens, you’ll take ownership of highly detailed, multi-phase projects where accuracy, planning, and execution matter. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that values expertise, accountability, and getting it right the first time—while collaborating with professionals across design, construction, and operations.

What You Will Do

  • Lead commercial kitchen projects from initial design through final installation and closeout, ensuring every detail aligns with specifications and standards
  • Analyze architectural drawings, equipment schedules, and layouts to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility
  • Build and manage structured project plans, timelines, and budgets with a focus on precision and accountability
  • Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track
  • Oversee equipment procurement, logistics, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor construction progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure installations meet exact specifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering clear, factual updates and documentation to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health codes, ADA standards, and safety regulations through rigorous quality checks
  • Maintain detailed records, including RFIs, change orders, and project financials, with a high level of accuracy

What You Will Need

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, foodservice, or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and commercial kitchen operations
  • Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings with precision
  • Experience working with contractors, architects, and consultants in a structured project environment
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a data-driven, detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with project management tools and systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, focused on clarity and factual information exchange
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite at active construction locations as needed

Why You’ll Succeed Here

  • You’re driven by accuracy and take pride in getting every technical detail right the first time
  • You prefer structured environments where expectations, processes, and standards are clearly defined
  • You excel at analyzing information, identifying risks, and solving complex problems with logic and data
  • You’re comfortable working independently and contributing expertise when it matters most
  • You value clear, concise communication and rely on facts—not assumptions—to drive decisions

This role is ideal for a technically focused project manager who wants to take ownership of complex, detail-driven work and deliver results that stand up to the highest standards.
