Full Stack Developer

We are searching for a Full-Stack Developer to build a modern financial services platform. This position is hybrid, contract-to-hire, and pays $50 to $60 per hour 

Responsibilities

• Build and scale production-grade applications across banking operations, payments, and internal platforms
• Develop modern front-end interfaces for operational workflows, payments, analytics, and internal tooling
• Design and implement backend APIs, orchestration services, and event-driven systems
• Integrate intelligent automation and AI-driven capabilities into operational workflows
• Build secure and scalable systems with strong focus on reliability, auditability, and governance
• Work closely with executive leadership, operations, compliance, and product stakeholders
• Help modernize manual processes through automation and workflow optimization
• Contribute to architecture decisions across cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
• Improve deployment pipelines, observability, monitoring, and developer tooling
• Participate in scaling payment, ACH, card, and fintech-related integrations

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience across both frontend and backend development
• Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development
• Experience with AI integrations, automation systems, or workflow tooling is highly preferred
• Ability to work in fast-moving environments with high ownership and accountability
• Strong architecture, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or highly regulated environments is a plus
• Comfortable collaborating across technical and business teams
