The Opportunity

We are seeking a pharmacist for a 13-week travel contract opportunity to provide services at a healthcare facility in Peridot, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Process controlled substances according to policy and law in a timely manner.

• Counsel patients in a timely manner.

• Current medication knowledge, flexibility to move where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science from an accredited School of Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).

• Current and active, unrestricted state Pharmacy license.

• 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred.

• BLS (AHA) certification.

• Hospital experience required – May work Outpatient, Inpatient/ER.

Job Specifics

• $ 3106 Weekly Gross.

• Schedule: 4 x 10’s - Variable shifts – Nights, Days, Swing and Weekend.

• Low-cost onsite housing available.
