Country Inn & Suites in beautiful Red Wing is hiring for part-time and full-time Guest Service Representatives. Join Our Team as a Front Desk Rockstar!
Position: Part-time and Full-time Front Desk / Guest Service Representative
Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM - Must be available to work both day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

As part of our Front Desk team, you’ll:
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations and guest requests
- Provide helpful information about the hotel, amenities, and local area
- Resolve guest questions and concerns with care and urgency
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
