Job Description
Taveras Talent Group LLC is seeking a Field Laborer to support hands-on onsite operations in Hampton, NH.
Position SummaryThe Field Laborer provides reliable, hands-on support for onsite tasks to help ensure daily work is completed safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments, follow instructions closely, and take pride in completing assignments to a high standard.
Working as part of a team, you will assist with general labor activities, maintain a clean and organized work area, and help uphold safety expectations at all times, including exterior building tasks. The position requires the ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical work outdoors and on active worksites.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with general onsite labor tasks, including setup, loading/unloading, and task support as directed
Follow safety procedures and work practices to help prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment
Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and ready for ongoing operations
Support the team with basic site needs, including moving materials and preparing work areas
Report issues, delays, or supply needs promptly to the appropriate onsite contact
Perform exterior building support tasks as assigned, including basic carpentry-related activities such as sawing lumber and nailing
Ability to work onsite full-time in Hampton, NH and remain productive in a physically active role
Willingness to follow safety rules, work instructions, and site procedures consistently
Comfort performing manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic communication skills to understand directions and provide clear updates when needed
Prior experience in a labor or construction-related onsite environment
Familiarity with common safety practices used on worksites
Experience working independently while still coordinating with a team
Comfort working in outdoor or varied conditions, depending on the assignment
Ability to provide basic tools for the role, including safety goggles, a personal toolbox, and a circular saw
