Smoothie King Longmont is hiring Team Members who want more than an easy job behind a counter.

We are a veteran-owned, purpose-driven store built around helping people feel better, reach goals, and make healthier choices. That takes more than making smoothies. It takes energy, ownership, great guest interaction, cleanliness, urgency, and pride in the work, even when a manager is not standing nearby.

This is a fast-paced role for someone who likes staying busy, talking with guests, learning products, and being part of a team that holds itself to a higher standard.

What you will do

• Create a welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they walk in
• Learn our menu and confidently recommend smoothies, bowls, food items, and add-ons based on guest goals
• Prepare orders accurately, quickly, and with attention to presentation
• Keep the lobby, restrooms, equipment, workstations, and storage areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Complete prep, stocking, cleaning, and reset tasks during slow periods without needing constant reminders
• Support teammates, communicate professionally, and stay calm during busy rushes
• Follow food-safety, cash-handling, and operational standards
• Represent the purpose and reputation of Smoothie King Longmont every shift

What we are looking for

• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Comfortable starting conversations and helping guests make decisions
• Willing to clean, stock, prep, and stay productive throughout the shift
• Able to take coaching, learn quickly, and improve
• Mature enough to work with focus even when business is slow
• Positive, dependable, and ready to contribute to a strong team culture

This is not a stand-around-and-wait job.
When the store is slow, there is always something to improve: clean, stock, organize, prepare, learn, reset, or help a teammate. The people who succeed here take ownership of those moments.
